The staff at the Campbelltown Community Children's Centre are dedicated in providing high quality care and education to children from 6 weeks to school age. The centre employs qualified early childhood educators, a full-time teacher and Certificate 3 educators.

The centre employs:

• A Director and Assistant Director
• An office manager and administrator in the office
• A cook who prepares nutritious meals and snacks
• A groundsperson who provides maintenance and gardening services to the centre
